The use of cookies on Marcar Terapias is governed by Portuguese Law 41/2004 of 18 August (Art. 5(3)), the Portuguese transposition of the ePrivacy Directive, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Cookies that are not strictly necessary for the platform to function are only activated with your prior and explicit consent.

Functional
Remember your preferences (language, city, search filters) to improve your next visit. Only activated with your consent.
Analytics
Help us understand how the platform is used (most visited pages, browsing time) in order to improve it. Aggregated measurements, no advertising. Only activated with your consent.
Marketing
Allow us to personalise advertising and measure the effectiveness of campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google. Only activated with your explicit consent.

5. Third-party cookies

- Marcar Terapias preferences panel: click "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page to open the panel and change your choices at any time.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the platform from functioning.
